What if I cannot identify my replacement lamp?
Send clear photos of the lamp marking, both ends and the equipment label, plus the overall length and quantity. Start with our replacement UVC lamps to review matching requirements.
Is matching the wattage enough?
Wattage alone does not confirm compatibility. Lamp current, connector layout, dimensions and the ballast specification also need checking. Share the label on your UV electronic ballast with your inquiry.
Can I request lamps and sleeves together?
Include sleeve length, inside and outside diameter, end type and seal dimensions with your lamp details. Review our quartz sleeves and send a drawing if available.
